    With a deep-rooted background in property and design, Richard draws on decades of international experience to guide Angel O’Donnell’s success. As a Chartered Surveyor, his career has spanned the Middle East and beyond – from tracking Gulf investments to the UK, to leading high-profile projects at Cluttons and McLaren for the Crown Estate and UHNWIs in Britain, North America and Asia. Together with Ed, Richard’s collaborative approach, market insight, and commitment to excellence have helped shape the studio’s award-winning reputation.

    Ed O’Donnell
    From hauling sofas into Madonna’s Mayfair townhouse to envisioning some of the studio’s boldest interiors, Ed’s journey is anything but ordinary. After swapping Fine Art lectures at Kingston for hands-on experience at a boutique studio, he threw himself in the creative deep end – working side by side with design teams, learning on the job, and never shying from a challenge. Ed’s unfiltered enthusiasm, inventiveness, and knack for turning unconventional ideas into show-stopping spaces are central to the studio’s spirit. His collaborative partnership with Richard and the team is what keeps Angel O’Donnell imaginative, energetic, and unapologetically original.

    With two decades in advertising, JP has driven major brand transformations for names like Sloggi and my John Lewis Rewards, and created multi-award-winning campaigns that have raised millions for charities including Cancer Research UK, NSPCC, and Dogs Trust. His creative touch extends to memorable TV and radio ads for Persil and the Post Office. At our studio, JP brings our designs to life in leading publications, manages our digital presence and CRM, handles award entries, and supports every pitch and presentation.     Inez Aspinall
    With a degree in Politics, Inez developed the sharp analytical skills and diplomatic insight that now underpin her approach to client relations and complex problem-solving. Her career – working closely with UHNW families on property, investment, and lifestyle assets – taught her the art of listening, adapting, and delivering discreet, high-value solutions. Senior positions at Knight Frank and Cluttons further honed her talent for building enduring partnerships and navigating the landscape of luxury real estate in prime central London. Today, every chapter of her experience comes together at Angel O’Donnell, where she helps clients unlock new possibilities through trusted relationships and a passion for excellence.

    Tatiana Pietrangeli
    Tatiana possesses a truly global perspective, with experience spanning continents and cultures. Formerly the Lead Architect at Nomadas Taller de Arquitectura y Diseño in Venezuela, she relocated to the UK over a decade ago, where she excelled in roles at Visu Verum and Interior Design Concepts Ltd before joining Roselind Wilson Design. There, she led the design, project management, and procurement for super-prime projects in the UK and abroad – from London to Kuala Lumpur. Tatiana’s creativity, project leadership, and passion for design make her an invaluable part of our studio.

    Kyra Cotgrave
    Kyra is another dynamic addition to our dazzling design team. She dreamed of becoming an interior designer from the age of 12, yet her path to Angel O’Donnell has been varied – and all the more enriching for it. Studying interiors remotely in Abu Dhabi taught her the value of self-discipline. Then, while designing once-in-a-lifetime holidays for wealthy clients in Cape Town, she honed her abilities to listen closely, interpret individual needs, and provide impeccable customer care. Returning to the UK, Kyra put her design skills to the test at Neptune, where she gained hands-on experience in craftsmanship and creative problem-solving to deliver bespoke solutions. This role then springboarded her into a boutique design studio specialising in restoring and designing historic manor houses across the south of England.

Over the years, she’s built an encyclopaedic knowledge of makers and honed a sharp eye for design. A master of supplier diplomacy, Wendy is never fazed by the need to chase a delayed delivery, resolve the occasional hiccup, adapt on the fly, or keep even the most ambitious project running smoothly. Thanks to her expertise, our projects come in on time, on budget, and with a flourish of world-class style.

As Studio Manager and Executive Assistant, Amy is the organisational heartbeat of our team – working closely with Richard and Ed, and keeping us coordinated and well-supplied. She also provides essential support across Marketing and PR, ensuring everything from press updates to subscriber emails runs smoothly. Thanks to Amy’s dedication and varied skills base, our studio stays productive, positive and welcoming.

We work closely with a lively array of worldwide talent: furniture makers, oil painters, sculptors, art curators, embroiderers, design archivists, plant specialists – the lot.

These craftspeople help us to create bespoke joinery, specially commissioned artworks and statement furniture that are every bit as unique as you are.
